Chef Megumi, a native of Japan, offers authentic sushi (Edo Zushi) prepared with ancient Japanese culinary techniques and the exclusive use of high-quality original products. Megumi combines tradition with innovation. Combining styles and ingredients to satisfy every palate, she creates vegetarian sushi or sushi paired with local produce. Each dish encapsulates the flavor of an ancient land and the expression of a thousand-year-old culture.

The American Bar lounge, a refined setting for relaxing and meeting moments, is the ideal location for an aperitif or cocktail, offers a rich à la carte menu to accompany your favorite drink. In warm weather, the garden with swimming pool makes the location more glamorous and evocative and opens to lunch with a dedicated menu.
