A simple idea: Mediterranean cuisine showcasing outstanding local ingredients, reinterpreted with a contemporary style — this is the philosophy of our  young and passionate brigade.

Our menu is further enriched by desserts signed by Atelier Damiano Carrara of Lucca, an expression of haute pâtisserie where flavor, aesthetics, and design blend in perfect harmony to offer you an indulgent taste experience without compromise (including gluten-free options and vegan variations).

The Aperitifs, the Bistrot

The Bistrot and the American Bar, located on the ground floor of the hotel, welcome you into the lush winter garden overlooking the pool. A refined setting where you can enjoy an aperitif accompanied by delicious snacks and gourmet bites.

With its great charm, the atmosphere is the ideal venue for hosting private events, corporate meetings, or exclusive parties.
